Tight Fit and cracked seams

I just ordered 2 of the acclimates. I went to go use them this weekend to pic up some frags and there seems to be cracks in the bottom seams on both of them.
I also have the tight fitting hangers as well.

Should I send them back to Marine Depot or work through you guys.

I will have to say this is one of the most ingenious products for fish/coral keeping.
