I just received my acclimate and the box doesn't fit into the holder very well. It is extremely tight and even if I force it into the hanger bracket it will only go down to about 1 inch from the bottom of the bracket. Is this normal?

In the instructional video it shows the acclamation box resting firmly on the bottom of the hanger.

No, this is a manufacturing defect and we will send you a new hanger immediately. Please send me an email with your name and address: wesley.sonner@reefgently.com.
